Scope of this policy
This policy applies to enquiries and services arranged directly with Qmntra. Payments made through a separate product or third-party platform are subject to the terms presented for that product or platform.
Project-specific agreements
Software projects vary in scope, delivery milestones and payment arrangements. The accepted proposal, statement of work or service agreement sets out the payment, cancellation and refund terms for your engagement.
Cancelling an engagement
Send cancellation requests in writing with the project name and relevant reference details. A request does not automatically cancel work already authorised; the effective cancellation and any handover are determined under the engagement terms.
Work and costs already incurred
Any refund assessment considers the agreed terms, work completed, accepted deliverables, committed resources and third-party costs already incurred. Payment is not automatically refundable solely because a project is paused or business requirements change.
Refund requests
Explain the reason for your request and include relevant payment and project references. Do not send card details or banking passwords. Eligibility, any approved amount and processing arrangements will be communicated after the request is reviewed.
Changes, pauses and disputes
Scope changes, delivery pauses and disagreements should be raised with the project contact so the parties can review the agreed deliverables and resolve the issue. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
